When Maria (Mary) (Molly) Dobbs was born on January 13, 1709, in Dobbs Ferry, New York, her father, John, was 34, and her mother, Abigail, was 19. She married Robert Sneden Snethen in 1731 in New York. They had one child during their marriage. She died having lived for more than 100 years. She died on January 31, 1810, in Palisades, New York, at the age of 101.
