I know that Henry Johnson, b ~1813 in England, married a woman named Susan O. They had at least one child and moved to Michigan. I say "Susan O" because the name changes from record to record. One says Orbrow, one Oxbrow, one Oxbro... but all roads lead to Oxborough.
There are two possible women who married Henry on May 19, 1834. Both have a mother named Elizabeth. One named Susannah christened Feb 1812, the named Susan other March 1812. But the fathers (Mathew/Matthew and John), the locations, and the surrounding families are enough to convince me that they are different people.
The nastiest thing is that I have two marriage locations for the wedding to Henry. One in Methwold, which ties to Susan. The other in Norwich, where Susanne's parents were married. https://www.familysearch.org/search/records/index#count=20&a...
How on earth can I unravel this?
