Evelina Blackwell married Samuel Teas in Washington Co., MO.18 Apr 1830
Jesse Thomas Teas was Evelina's SON. Is he the next in your line?
Evelina's children:
William Blackwell Teas b. 1831 MO d. 07 Apr 1898 in Austin Tx
Jesse Thomas Teas: b.17 Sep 1835 Mo d.19 Jun 1899 Caldwell CO.,TX
Others I have a birth date, no death date:
Mary Teas b. c. 1840 MO
Augustus Thaddeus Teas: b. c.1842 MO
Ann Eliza Teas b. c. 1844TX
Emily Teas b. c. 1844 TX
I am pretty sure the kids born in MO were probably born in Springfield, Green CO., MO. Evelina's parents moved to Springfrield in 1830, where Evelina's daughter Mary Blackwell Campbell lived with her husband Junius Tennessee Campbell. She remained there until she died.
Evelina and Samuel B. Teas moved to Texas around 1844 with Jesse and Polly Blackwell. Sister Harriet also moved, marrying John Sanders in Walker Co., TX. Evelina and Samuel
Teas followed Jesse and Polly to Caldwell Co TX, and along with her brother William A. Blackwell and Jesse Thomas Blackwell. Harriet moved to Polk Co. TX where she lived, and Sanders died in 1847. She moved to Caldwell Co next to her parents in 1856, and married Benjamin Franklin Sites in 1857. The courthouse has records of everyone except William, who moved to Blanco TX and is buried there.
If you ever want to see all the records I have, given me a call. I have a bunch of them that are from courthouses.
Also, I don't know what the B in Samuel's middle name was. If you know, please let me know.
