Surnames: Stachowiak, Czerniejewski
As per the list of passengers of the steamship “Lahn” Maryanna Stachowiak (28) from Wieckowice (Poland/Germany) arrived to New York on October 25, 1889 with her three kids: Andreas (6), Jozefa (4) and Wladislaus (4 months). The last one should actually be Wladislava as she was actually a daughter (wrong name and wrong sex in the passenger list).

I cannot find Maryanna’s husband - Andreas (a wheelwright) whom she was most probably joining in the US. He must have emigrated earlier on, but not earlier than 1888, taking into account Wladislava’s age. I also cannot find them later on in census records.

Helena Czerniejewski (19) who was travelling with Maryanna settled down in Utica, NY and some family headed Utica in 1895. Therefore I presume this might be the right location.

I would appreciate any help in finding Andreas and Maryanna Stachowiak and/or their kids.
