Would love digital images (such as jpg or pdf) of following, if possible..

1) Looking for Real Estate Transfer record(s) for David Wilkin(s), died between 1830-1834. He lived in Livonia, Livingston Co., NY; died intestate, had wife and large family. Farm went to wife Eunice Wilkin(s) and children, apparently by Real Estate Transfer; they all either sold or quit-claimed their portions starting 1834. (I have those deed records.)
2) Looking for a Survey related to above, surveyed by George Smith. It is referenced in deed bk 15 pg 792-94, sale by William Wilkin & wife to William Marshall., 1834, referring to adjacent parcel owned by Eunice Wilkins.
