I reported a series of problems to the developers four weeks ago tomorrow. I don't really expect to hear anything until the hoped for patch arrives some time I would say in the New Year.
I am not aware of any instance of the developers responding openly to peoples problems, other than by issuing a patch. My son tells me that the developers of other genealogy programs have a much more open relationship with their customers.
I do believe that they monitor the blogs or some one reports to them on what is appearing.
