I have read all the other posts and there seems to be any number of "solutions" but they seem to be generic to each individuals computer & methods of trying to solve the problem. Most popular seems to be to unlink and restart with a new tree, but does this always import all the data and media.
Has anyone tried saving the backup file and uninstalling the program completely then reinstalling the program anew??
I have just spent $100 having my laptop "cleaned" by a computer analyst and that made no difference to the sync.
