Now, to finish where I left off.

That may/may not be the right widow's pension info for Juana....look at the date: 1901. IF it is, then the last 2 children she had aren't his.

And IF that's the right marriage record for them, you'd think they'd show up in a 1900 Census together along with baby Charles.

In the meantime, I found another obit for James, and this one DOES mention his sister - Mary F Garcia of San Antonio. (attached)

And so far, the only Mary Frazer that shows up in records married to a Garcia is this one:

https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&...~

Pretty sure that's her; her husband Julio Amedo Garcia. And that 1973 marriage record may be them renewing their vows before they died, or remarrying....

When you look for Charles Frazer here on Ancestry, one of the suggestions that comes up for him is this 1900 Census, with him listed as Charles Campos, born Dec 1898, mother Juana - born June 1875 Mexico, and widowed, and brand new baby William born May 1900. That them? Who knows....but IF it is her, she may have had that boy Wm and he didn't survive long, then along came Mary in 1902, and if so, Charles wasn't her father....or James' father either.

On that 1910 Census you reference in your post that lists Juana and Charles Frazer, she's claiming that she's only had 1 child, and that they immigrated in 1904. ???? On that 1900 Census (above) she claims (IF that's her), she immigrated in 1885.

As to getting actual birth certificates for these people - I doubt it, unless they applied later in life for delayed birth certificates.
