Presumably it is a typo on your part, but the father is Monico, not Monic, which I would not have bothered with but it helps with the final letter of the mother's name. Clearly, to me at least, this name ends in an R not an O. There are several examples of words ending in O. None of them has an upper tail leading off of it. If you look at the word September, it has a similar upper tail.
