23andMe does indicate % Ashkenazi Jewish background in its Ancestry Composition page. It might depend on what you mean by Central Europe.

Then using the countries of Ancestry tool, you can see possible countries of ancestry for representative people with DNA segments that match yours, and that have filled out a survey on their grandparents' countries of ancestry. A mix of genetics and crowd-sourcing. Might be helpful or not. Should improve in accuracy as their database grows over time.

In my case, I show 92.8% Ashkenazi, with many countries in Europe represented. The rest also shows European ancestry (though in Countries of Ancestry I show Haiti and Jamaica, Mexico, Venezuela, Israel, Turkey. The criticism I've heard, is more that the Mid-Eastern component of Ashkenazi background is hidden in the results of Ancestry Composition. And my question is whether the rest of my composition would be Sephardic, which seems possible.

I keep thinking that we're all early adopters, so results can only improve as more people are tested.
