The Home for Destitute Catholic Children, later, the Home for Catholic Children was at 788 Harrison Avenue in Boston. In the early 50's, the Home was shut down and moved to the Jamaica Plain section of Boston. It was called Nazareth. The Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul staffed the Home and Nazareth. There habit was unique, the big cornets that looked like wings. The Home was opened in 1864 and moved to Jamaica Plain in 1954. Nazareth closed about 1986.
