Hello again Richard,

After this, I will correspond to your email address. Thank you for expressing an interest in my quest.

I read your latest post at work today, and again, I began to cry. I am the youngest in my family by quite a bit and my dad, an only child, died suddenly when I was eight years old - my investigation into his family's past has been my tribute to him. His parents lie in cold graves up in Thunder Bay, Ontario - no one has been to visit them since my dad passed away in 1975 - I will rectify that this summer. But it is also my wish that people remember them and where they came from - and to connect with any extended family we may have. Without me and me questions, I don't think anyone in my immediate family would be moved to find out about them and that makes me sad. This has been a project of mine for about 30 years.

To hear there are Babaks and Drons in that area makes me so happy! I would love to correspond with Ihor, and will send you an email so you may forward his contact information.

Incidentally, I did write to Stats Canada for the National Registry information. I hope to find out my grandfather's parents first names. I think they are Emilian and Poly (Paulina), but let's see! :)

I send you the very best wishes, Richard. You are a good man!

Have the loveliest of evenings,

Stephany
