Mrs. Penelope Ganzel, widow of the late Adolph Ganzel, died at her home, corner of Fourth avenue and Chestnut street, on Monday afternoon at 4:30. Mrs. Ganzel had been ill for several months. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. William Fleming, of Springfield; Mrs. E. A. Francis, of Brooklyn; Misses Bertha and Hattio Ganzel, of this place, also three sons, Adolph and Louis, of this place, and William Ganzel, of Cranford, and eleven grandchildren. The funeral services will be held from her late home on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m., and will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Steans, of the First Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a member. Interment will be private.
