To get there I searched Jablonski in the Philadelphia Passenger lists and narrowed it to the 1910s and July. Then I looked for the dob and arrival that came close. Jeitz Jablonski arrived July 5, 1913 and was born 1885.
Sometimes the language barriers will distort the names and you should check records if things are close. Jeitz is the last entry on the page (#30) and it also looks as though the entry is transcribed wrong, it looks to me as Frits (you can add an update to fix it according to what is written).
It says he is German from Russia and I can't make out his father's name. Also when looking at passenger lists, check to see if there is a second page, as there is with this one. They usually say where they are going (his Brother in law), physical attributes and place of birth
