Marriage Record - Need Someone who reads Latin.

Hi everyone. I have come across a marriage record that is the longest record I have seen during my research in the Czech archives. I believe it is written in Latin. I believe it may be my 4x great grandparents marriage record. Some things about this record fit quite well (the first names and the general timing). Other things I'm not too sure about.

My 4x great grandfathers name was Mathais Roubik. I believe his wife's name was Josefa Rozum. He was born in 1742. I do not know when she was born yet. Their first child was born in 1861, so a marriage record in 1860 seems to fit.

The possible record I am interested in help with is:

It starts on the left (pg 14) and appears to continue onto the next page. There is a line that runs across the 2nd page, so it is not clear to me if the portion under the line is part of this record or not.

Additional information:

Mathias's baptism record (Top Right):

Possible Baptism record for Josepfa (Bottom Left - Not sure about this one):

Birth records of their children that I have found:

Maria Ann:

If anyone can help translate or interpret the potential marriage record and Baptism record for Josefa I would greatly appreciate the help. I've been staring at this for an hour with google translate and I'm not getting very far.

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide.
