I am researching a possible event that very few people seem to know about. Apparently at the end of WW1 there were not enough boats to send many soldiers back home. This included Australian soldiers. Many therefore took part in a training scheme to pass the time until there were boats available. This included agricultural training in Jersey, possibly Guernsey and England. I am looking for any more information about those Australian soldiers based in Jersey. In particular a soldier with the surname Reynolds.
