Tenn Land Record dates

Tenn Land Record dates

Attached is a listing with no column headers. According to one of the samples given, I believe these should be entered, each listing as an individual record, even if many names are repeated because it looks like they have different Grant #'s. I see no county and I'm not sure about the date. On the 2nd page, there are dates given. Do those dates correspond to the records on the same horizontal line on the previous page? So, would I be listing James Sanders three times, with warrant #4087, dated Oct. 14 1820,then for the 2nd record list warrant #4086, James Sanders and Oct 14, 1820? Or do I list each repeated name only once (and then which warrant number) and not pay attention to the dates on the second page?

Just noticed this post. I think you are keying correctly - you do repeat a name because, like you said, it is a different grant number. I would also key the dates as you have as it is on the one image.
