Hello group, I am in need of an obituary for Anna Melotik, who died in Cudahy April 18, 1941. Maiden name - SOUKUP. Husband: Joseph (1867-1910), Children: Agnes, Joseph & Louis. She was a midwife. Hoping the obituary will tell me her ancestral home in Bohemia and where she is buried. Thank you for any available help.

To EllinSpain, Thank you for taking the time to post. I have most of that information, including the ship manifest. I don't think that is "my" Anna. I was looking for verification of parents' names, but realized I got their names, Joseph & Ludmilla (nee Pivonka) Soukup from her marriage certificate, so that should be accurate. I did not find any other manifest that relates to those names. The obituary was helpful, since it also gave some sibling's names. Thank you all for assisting me in this venture. I knew she was Bohemian, but I'd like to find the ancestral village/town which, hopefully has been microfilmed by LDS. Thank you!
