I have a recused genealogy book of this family, 1979 by Dorothy Kintigh Sidfrid. Excellent condition.

"Alexander Stewart, His Scots Ancestory and American
Descendants with Forty-Eight Allied and Related Families"

I should have expanded the basic information on him.
It says he was born 14 Sept 1817 Renfrew, Renfrewshire Scotland and died 19 Nov 1895 Troy township, Sauk county Wisconsin. sone of William and Janert Robinson. Married 1842 New Jersey.

I do not know if you even look here any more Sue Ellen, but I would definitely be interested in the info you have. My Grandmother was a Stewart from Kiel, Wisc, and we have recently traced that line back into Scotland.

Alexander is a popular name in our tree as well as Janet.

Any info would be helpful.

Dorothy Kintigh Sidfrid is my step-grandmother. Her son Dennis married my mother Rebecca Louise Tuller. I know that my mother gave Dorothy information on us. Does this book have any information regarding the Tuller/Masse' family in it? If so I would love to be able to have the book. Please let me know what you are asking for the book as I would love to purchase it from you.

Dorothy is my cousin. Her mother and my mother were sisters and grew up on a farm near Weskan, KS. You'll find me on page 86. I would be very interested in acquiring this book for our family. As luck would have it. I am leaving in about a week to enjoy the Stewart Family Reunion in Sharon Springs, KS, and event that has taken place for over 80 year now. Alexander Stewart was born in Renfrew, Scotland. He immigrated to New Jersey in 1837. He married Agnes Moreland in 1842. They move to Porter, Rock Co., Wisconsin in 1845 and to Troy, Sauk Co., Wisconsin in 1849. In 1850, Alexander and his wife lived in Prairie Du Sac, Sauk Co., Wisconsin with their four children (William, Elizabeth, Jenette, and Mary). In 1880, they lived back in Troy, Sauk Co., Wisconsin with their daughter (M. Jane Gwiin) and granddaughter (Jennette Gwiin). Alexander Stewart died in 1895 in Troy, Sauk Co., Wisconsin.. my great grand mothers father ...
