Here are some starters.

The Tithe applotments 1820-1839

Griffith Valuation from 1846-1864 depending on the county.

Galway is divided into two sides for genealogy purposes
East and West, both belong to an Irish History Foundation
with baptism and marriage records. After 1864 they have both parish and civil registrations has civil registrations from 1864 births, marriages and deaths
