Looking for Absalom Baker, b. August 1747, M. Becca Emes, b. 1760. They had a child named Azzan A. Baker, b. May 1786. He married Tabitha Castle, b. Feb. 1791. Their Children are Hudson Baker, b. 1812, Mable b Dec 1813; Emmeline M b. Feb 1816; Hudson A. b. April 1818, and Rebecca S., b. April 1822. Rebecca married Joseph L. Turner, Joseph Turner b. England Nov. 1825. They had Hudson A.B. Turner, 1855; Mary E, b. 1857 married an Abercrombie; and Castle L. Turner, b. July 1859 in Rochester New York; married Hannah Viola McQuaid b. 1862.
Do any of these folks sound familiar. I'm trying to trace the Baker/Turner/Kendig lines. Any help out there. I have more forward but looking to fill in the blanks back.

Got in a hurry and left a generation. Elisha and Phoebe had Absalom, Abigail, Eli, Sarah, Phoebe, Elisha, Sena, Ezra,Ira and Rhoda.
Absalom m. Rebecca Emmes/Ames and had Mabel, azzan B. and Rodman.

If you are talking about Eli Baker of Moultrie and Ellington GA, you are talking about my Grandfather. He also had a brother David who also married my Grandmother after Eli died to keep the county from taking the children away. IF we are talking about the same Eli please let me know.

Did Rodman Baker marry Dorcas ______ in NY and have 5-6 children, then died, leaving her widow to marry next John D. Nelson about 1825? They lived in Genesse and Livingston Co.s, NY.

My Rodman Baker married an Electa Bailey in 1826. They had 12 children. Rodman died in 1879 in Missouri and Electa in 1897 in Oklahoma. G Norwood

My ancestors also include Rodman and Electa. Do you have any more information on them, besides these dates? Also, I have that Electa died in Hannibal... Looking forward to hearing from you.
