I'm not related, but have found quite a bit of information on this family. Quite long... Green and Greene seem to be interchanged for the family throughout the years. I have posted this reply to you on-line posting as well.

S. R. GREENE, proprietor of livery stable, Lancaster. Commenced business in April, 1879, buying our J. Kilbourn, keeps fourteen horses, and does a prosperous business. Mr. Greene is a native of Potosi, Grant Co., a son of A. J. and Sarah (Lyons) Greene. Mr. Greene attended the schools of Potosi, which he left at the age of 15, and went into the stage business. Having a natural taste for horses, he continued in the business, and, in 1870, commenced running a daily stage-line from Potosi to Dubuque until 1873, when the C., C. & D. & M. R. R., was completed to Spechts' Ferry. Having been taken in by his brother as a partner, they then ran a daily stage from Specht's Ferry to Lancaster, which they afterward discontinued and bought the stable in Lancaster in December, 1878. Mr. Greene was married April 22, 1879.
HENRY P. GREENE, grocer and stationer. Is a native of Wisconsin, and was born in Grant Co., Sept. 6, 1847. During the war, he entered the army; enlisted in Co. F, 7th W. V. I.; was severely wounded, and lost his arm at the battle of Petersburg, and remained in the service until discharged in New York City in April, 1865. In 1878, he engaged in his present business. Was united in marriage September 17, 1880, to Miss Florence Nathan.
Sarah A. (Lyons) Greene appears to be the daughter of John and Mary (Johnson) Lyons. There is a biography of John Lyons mentioning Sarah in the Commemorative Biographical Record of the Counties of Rock, Green, Grant, Iowa, and Lafayette Wisconsin,†J. H. Beers & Co., 1901, Chicago, IL. A link to this biography can be found at:http://www.rootsweb.com/~wigrant/bioindex.htm
It would seem that Andrew Jackson Greene married Sarah Ann Lyons in Grant Co., WI, however I have been unable to locate a marriage record for them.
Per the Grant Co., WI Marriage Records compiled by the Grant Co. Genealogical Society and Parents of Grant Co., WI Marriages, compiled by Kathleen Grattan Henderson:
Lillie Davies Greene married Peter Grant Burns, 13 Feb 1888, recorded in Bk. 10, Pg. 445. Lillie is recorded as the daughter of Jackson and Sarah (Lyons) Greene. Peter the son of Peter L. and Mary L. (Smith) Burns.
Per the Death Records of Grant Co., WI, compiled by Kathleen Grattan Henderson:
Andrew Jackson Greene, age 84, married to S. Lyons, died 11 Sep 1899, recorded in Bk. 4, Pg. 112. Andrew is recorded as the son of Robert and Elizabeth (Merical) Greene.
Per the Roster of Wisconsin Civil War Volunteers:http://www.wisconsinhistory.org/roster/search.asp
Henry P. "Green" enlisted as a Private in Co. F, 7th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry. He enlisted from Potosi on 2 Jan 1864. Was wounded at Petersburg and discharged on 6 Dec 1864 for his disability.
Henry P. Greene does have a pension application on file with the National Archives. Per the National Archives Pension Index:
Henry P. Greene, Co. F., 7th WI Infantry, filed 22 Dec 1864, application #57256. His widow, Flora L. filed on 24 Nov 1913 from South Dakota which was likely shortly after his death, application #1,017,873, certificate #779,361. Since Henry received his pension right after the war, it's hard to say what might be on file. Usually the include data on all of the children up to the time of application. Some of that might be on file for Flora. If you don't have it already, it may be worth the $14.75 or $37 (depending on the option) to get it from the National Archives:http://www.archives.gov/research_room/index.html
The 1883 Grant Co. Pensioners on the Roll:http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/wi/grant/grant.htm
indicated that Henry P. Greene of Lancaster was receiving $24 per month pension due to loss of his left arm.
In 1890, Henry P. "Green" was living in Oklahoma City, OK. He is listed on the 1890 Census of Union Widows and Veterans.
1890 Census, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK, Enumeration District 26, Pg. 4, Household 223:
Henry P. Green, Private, Co. F, 7th Wisconsin Infantry, Enlisted 2 Jan 1864, Discharged 6 Dec 1864, Lost left arm at shoulder joint?
1890 Territorial Census, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Oklahoma, Jun 1890, Pg. 519, Wolfe Street/Avenue?, Household 147:
Henry P. Greene, 43, WI, 10 months in the Territory
Florence, 28, CA
Jay N., WI
Adolph L, 8, WI
Tom D., 4, WI
This would indicate the younger children died prior to 1890. I believe you have reviewed the birth records for pre-1891 which are available at:http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/wi/grant/grant.htm
For Cemetery records, I would recommend requesting them from the Grant Co. Genealogical Society (GCGS). They will send you all cemetery listings for each requested Surname in the County for $3 per surname plus a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE). You may want to request Green and Greene. $6 is pretty cheap to get all of the Green/Greene's in the county.
Info. is available at:http://www.rootsweb.com/~wigrant/gcgensoc.htm#search
Send a check (Payable to the GCGS) and Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) to Helen Jentz, 955 Williams St., Platteville, WI 53818.
Something of interest regarding a possible brother of Andrew Greene.
1850 Census, Belmont, Lafayette Co., WI, Pg. 962, 4 Sep 1850, Household 4:
Robert Green, 38, Farmer, $1000, MO
Nancy, 22, IL
William R., 14, WI
Robert A., 5, WI
James S., 1, WI
Albert, 3/12 months, WI
Two household away in 1850 were a William and Hannah Beebe. I wonder if Robert is related to Andrew and if this William and Hannah were the later parents of Katie Beebe who married Samuel Greene. This Robert was still there in 1860, this time listing his birthplace as Kentucky. Belmont is near the Grant Co. WI border and not that far from Potosi or Lancaster. It is obvious that Nancy couldn't have been the mother of William R., age 14. She could possibly be Robert A.'s mother. Per the Grant Co. marriage records, a Robert R. Green married Nancy Ashmore, 16 Mar 1847, recorded in Bk. A, Pg. 9. No parents were listed.
This same Robert/Robert R./Robert A./R.R. Green seems to be living in Civil Bend, P.O. Elk Point, Union Co., Dakota Territory in 1870 and 1880. This is in modern day South Dakota.
Here is Henry, his siblings, and "mother" in the 1900 census.
