Do you know any cities or counties in Michigan for David S. STARK(S)? Do you have any years of birth, marriage, or death, or names of other children?

I see a possibility on the FamilySearch database of the 1880 Census, Carlton, Barry, MI, STARKS

David, 46, MI VT CAN; wife Sarah A., 43, MI RI NY; ch. b. MI: Henry, 14; Eva Jane, 10; David A., 8; & Hannah M., 5.

RootsWeb > Family Trees > David STARKS (27 July 1833, Detroit - 17 May 1916) s/o John W. STARKS & Margaretta HUTCHINS, m. Sarah Ann GUILES. Children sort of match the census.

My family moved to Muskegon, Michigan from Simpson County Kentucky in 1923. We are able to trace the family back to George Starks who came over the Gap from North Carolina in the early 1800's. Could we have a common ancestry? Very few of the descendants of Paul Black Starks who migrated to Muskegon are left in the area. Several descendants of James Aquila (Acquilla) Starks (nine children) stayed in Kentucky; many of us are widely dispersed.
