I have a complete transcript of all burials in Runcorn Cemetery from March 1860 to July 2005, and am willing to look up any burials and provide plot/grave numbers if this would be of any help to anyone.

Also the same information is available for Halton Village Cemetery from 1866 onwards

Peg,
Could you please contact me direct on steve.jones528@ntlworld.com to enable me to forward two attachments on your AUSTIN/DOOLAN burials in Runcorn.

The Austin names you mention are all there. There are some Doolan burials but don't know if they are yours. Unfortunately, there are no RATTIGANs buried in Runcorn at all.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi John,

The first interment at Runcorn cemetery was on the 8th March 1860. Before that date, any burials are most likely to have been at All Saints Parish Church, or Bethesda Chapel, dependent on religion . Unfortunately, at the moment, the parish records of burials have not been transcribed by the Family History Society. The records are on microfilm at either Runcorn Library, or the County records Office at Chester.

Kind regards

Steve and Gill Jones
