Mable Alice Tate I am looking for this George William Ward's birth, marriage and death date, also if it shows his port of entry or location of birth in England. Maybe you can help me. My G grandfather Henry Ward b. Oct. 10 1879 England - d. April 24 1948 Straffordville Bayham Twp. Elgin Co. Ont. Henry was a British Home Child he came to Canada at the age of 14 to the Jackson farm in Bayham Twp. When he married Ida May Roloson Mar. 27 1907 his parents were listed on the marriage registration as Alfred Ward and Mary Nicholson.
I was curious if family rumours were correct about Henry having a sibling in Elgin County ( that he never knew was that close) Supposidly this sibling, a brother named Horace lived around the St Thomas area.
I was wondering if in your lookup resourses if perhaps there was more than Henry with parents listed as Alfred Ward & Mary Nicholson? This would help to determine any sibling in Ontario. Is it possible to do a lookup this way, any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you so much for all your help. I don't see a match but I'll mention this name again to my relative that thought it was Horace, maybe it wasn't. Anyway thanks again and goodluck to you.

I am also researching the Ward family in Ontario. Would you have any information about a Donald John Ward who married Catherine (Kate) McLellan. Catherine was born July 1, 1850 and died July 1935. Donald was a sawmill engineer. They had seven children: Condy Francis Ward (1886-1946, Ottawa, Ontario), Rose Ward (m. J.A. Howden), Jennet (1894-1985, Cornwall, Ontario), Alexander, Victoria (d. 1972), Donald John Ward (d. 1916, WW1, France), and Catherine. I would love to find out who Donald's parents were.
