Marge, My ggGrandfather, Patrick Heaney hailed from Magheraboy, (near Dungiven) Derry, Ireland. My gGrandfather James came to Philadelphia in 1896. If my data is correct, Patrick had a whole mess of little Heaneys between 1845 1868. Patrick's father was, I believe, Duncan Heaney.

My grandfather was born in Nov Scotia around 1890; his parents died when he was a young child. Although we have located a few relatives in Nov Scotia and Newfoundland, we suspect that there may be others. Are particularly interested in learning mheaneyore about his parents and grandparents, including their emigration from Ireland.

I've got a lot of Newfoundland Heaney information. Who in NFLD have you traced your family back to. They were all of the same family one way or another.

That is marvelous! Thank you. Is their any indication of what the relationship between these people was (if any) and when they lived? ie. - When was this Benedy Glen published? can you tell me who wrote the piece? You can respond by email: TimCarroll61@aol.com
And, bless you!
