Trying to find out information on the Kuge's that came through Miluakee. I've been told that Joseph Kuge came from Villach, Austria around 1915 but on this site I've found Vienna, Austria. He was married to Anna Kuge with a maiden name of Anna Fakken. Finally, I've also been told that the Kuge name was originally Kugi. I believe he also served in WWI. Any help is appreciated.

Are you trying to find Kugi's from Milwaukee, Wi.? My grandpa Alois Kugi and sister Mary (Kugi),Tapper came from the Vienna area in the 1910"s and came to live in Milwaukee. They settled where family and friends who had previously immigrated to America were located. This really interests me because my grandpa talked of other siblings but we were always under the assumption they had stayed in Austria. I don't have names but I have the parents as Josef Kugi and Josefin (Erhat)Kugi, both of Austria. If you would happen to know a birthdate or port where he arrived or anything maybe they're a match somehow.
