I'm trying to find details from Tipperary for Timothy Healy(or Healey) born 1827. He married Margaret McCormack (born Tipperary 1835) ca.1852. They imigrated to Perth, Western Australia in 1854 with their first born Michael (then 1 year old).

Timothy returned to Ireland at some stage as he is recorded as dying in Tipperary 26 Nov. 1867.

I would greatly appreciate any information on either Timothy/Margaret or their familes in Tipperary or any leads on finding information regarding them.

You should be able to find a birth/baptism for Timothy's son in 1853, most parish's have good records by then. May or may not be able to find records for Timothy or Margaret depending on the parish. The baptism of Michael 1853, will be able to give you the parish/place. You can search for his birth by both parents names and find all the siblings as well.
A not for profit but fee paying Irish History Foundation has
those records for both North Riding and South Riding Tipperary.

The only Parish as named above is Ballingarry as a Church of Ireland Parish with no baptism records and marriages from
1845-1864. Clogheen Parish Cof I 1845-1864 only marriages.
Clogheen RC records from 1778-1900. Tubbrid may go by another name.

Also the Latter Day Saints microfilmed RC parish records from the National Library in Dublin and you should be able to locate these at any Heritage Center of the LDS in any country. The problem there is there would be so many parish's to go through. So time or money is the option.

Timothy may still in Tipperary in 1850 the year of the Grififith Valuation, he may have occupied land but that usually happened after marriage. You can usually tell if there is more than 1 person name Timothy - count the number of houses not the land parcels.

Timothy Healy Parish of Ballingarry, Townland Curraheenduff
Poor Law Union Callan, tenant of Henry Langley Esq.
#15 house and land 4 acres 0 roods 16 perches

Timothy Healy, Parish same details as above
#25Bb house and garden 0.3.35

Timothy Healy, Parish of Tubbrid, townland Cranna, Poor Law Union Clogheen tenant of William Pennefather

#20 house and land 5.1.19

Your Timothy, his father and grandfather?? three houses.

There are till Healy surnames in the telephone book for
Tipperary, a good map using the Poor Law Union towns mentioned above as a Union town covered an area of 12 mi.

You might look for a Timothy to see if the name has been handed down through the family although it is not a very
common name today. does have the name Timothy
Healy x 3.
