This is probably her, listed as Bab Dunlop on an 1895 Philadelphia passenger list (line 29). It shows her headed for McKeesport, which is near Carnegie PA. However, she is crossed off the list, which usually indicates that the passenger didn't make the crossing or wasn't admitted upon arrival. I should also note that all U.S. census records for her are consistent with a birthdate between 1878-1883.
