This is probably her, listed as Bab Dunlop on an 1895 Philadelphia passenger list (line 29). It shows her headed for McKeesport, which is near Carnegie PA. However, she is crossed off the list, which usually indicates that the passenger didn't make the crossing or wasn't admitted upon arrival. Maybe she got in anyway, or maybe she arrived on a later voyage. But this is the only one I found.

I should also note that all U.S. census records for her are consistent with a birthdate between 1878-1883.

Thank you, I will investigate this further.
I do have an address for when she was married
36 3rd street, which could be anywhere haha
I've checked Carnegie and downtown pittsburgh. I'll look at McKeesport now

Her birthdate is 1876 on her grave stone, however you're right its always different.
Only time its pretty consistent is on the birth certs for her kids.

It looks as if she did come on another vessel--Southwark--shortly after being turned away from the steamer Ohio. She's found on line 30 on this page: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9PBX-9736?i.... (The name is transcribed Bat Dearilox.) Again the entry is ambiguous, but it appears that she first said she was going to a friend in McKeesport, but that's crossed off and Bro (brother) Peter, of Duquesne, is written in.

That was a good catch, especially considering how it was indexed. It also shows more clearly where she came from: Lettercallow in Co. Galway.

I believe it's actually supposed to be Lettermore, Co. Galway. Peter Dunlap/Dunlop is found living with his family in Duquesne in several censuses. His naturalization papers can be found on Ancestry. These show that he was born in Lettermore. The informant on his 1946 death certificate unfortunately didn't know the names of his parents.

Sorry, Steve--my error. Lettercallow is a townland in Lettermore.

Not so sure this is her. The names listed on the US Census are not at all what she named her own children. But thank you because I wasn't finding anything at all. Going to look through these records now and see if there is a connection.
