Can anyone help me with a query regarding passenger lists from England to Canada in the early 1830's.
I'm looking for a family headed by Mark Bishoprick.
Do these lists exist anywhere?
Many thanks

The short answer is no. The earliest lists that were kept and indexed began in 1869; however, you may find earlier records for ships into the US, and they have come that way.

1851 Canadian Census
(actually taken in early 1852; ages give are as of next birthday)

Bytown (now Ottawa), Canada West (now Ontario):

Bishoprick, Mark, carpenter, b. England, Church of England, aged 28, married
Bishoprick, Maria, b. Canada, aged 26, married
Bishoprick, Henry, b. Canada, aged 3
Bishoprick, Sarah, b. Canada, aged 1
Bishoprick, Mary Ann, b. Canada, aged 14

Bishoprick, M., farmer, b. England, Methodist, aged 63, married, farming 43 acres
Bishoprick, Mrs., b. England, aged 56, married
Moore, Maria, servant, b. England, aged 27
Moore, Alas, female, b. Canada, aged 3
Alexander, Robt., servant, b. Ireland, aged 14

Mark Sr. is still alive, aged 70, in the 1861 census. The 1861 census also indicates that Mark Jr.'s wife was born in Kingston, and the children (now numbering 5) were all born in Ottawa. Mark Jr. died 5 January 1914 in Ottawa, aged 90 years, 2 months; lists his parents as Mark Bishorick (sic) and Ann Todd.

From the LDS site, Mark Jr. was baptized on 23 November 1823 in Richmond near Leyburn, Yorkshire, the son of Mark & Ann.

Other children of Mark & Ann:
Henry, baptized 31 May 1812 (only father named)
James, baptized 20 February 1814
Ann, baptized 2 June 1816
William, baptized 12 July 1818
Elizabeth, baptized 13 August 1820
Mary, b. 16 September 1822, baptized 20 September 1822
Adam, baptized 26 April 1826
Mary, baptized 10 January 1830
John Charles, baptized 29 August 1832
