Hi Nancy,
Nicodem (Nick) H. Kasza, son of Piotr L. & Franciszka. Born July 13, 1897 in Milwaukee, and died November 17, 1971. Buried at St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Milwaukee along with his wife Helen Kasza (nee Szych) who died in January 25, 1982 at the age of 83. Together they had five children; Henry, Cecilia, Eugene, Edmund & Raymond. I have more information pertaining to Piotr & Franciszka's emmigration from Poland, their time in LaSalle, Illinois, and many details on the other lines of our family. You and others are welcome to e-mail me privately at JRSENT@MSN.COM for more details. I'm most happy to assist in any way.

Hello,
My grandfather's name is also George Kasza, married to Celia (Koziol) Kasza. He has a sister Olga Zlotowski. Both reside in CT, and the name as far as I know is slovak/ czech. I believe that his mother did divorce/remarry, so I am not sure about that side of the family. I would love to share clues if you have any!
Thanks,
Melissa Iskrzak

The rest if mostly burried in Poland. Recently Edwin Kasza had passed away in 2010. He was the uncle to my grandfather Tadeusz Kasza which actually recently passed away too due to brain cancer in August of 2010.

I am seeking information about my grandmother, Marya Kasza. She was born in 1876 in Sambor, near L'viv, in Galicia, today's Ukraine. She married Teodor Fedyna in Nowoszyce and had 3 children there before immigrating to the US in 1905, living for a short time in Lorain Ohio, and settling in Chester, PA where they both raised 4 more children. She left behind in Nowoszyce a brother Piotr.I don't know if Piotr ever immigrated. There is a connection with a Francesek Gabory who brought 2 of the children to the US to join their parents, in 1909. Her father may have been Benj Kasza, or something similar.
