I believe I have found some info on Ante Jerkovic (pok. Stipana)
He was 17 years of age when he left Rogotin (nice little town).. He sailed to Aberdeen Washington State with a few of the locals in Neretva and they were Ivan Puljan (my great grandads brother), Iva Strbic, Ivan Nikolac, Jure Nikolac, Nicola Nikolac and Petar Nikola, they sailed on the ship "Pannonia" that docked in Ellis Island New York on the 15th April 1913... where they all went thru Immigration. (according to the ship manifest records - some of them went to Argentina April 25th. Looks like Ante stayed at cousins place in Aberdeen. Go to www.ellisisland.org
