No, I don't know of a source for those tax lists online.
Wake Co. records are in the State Archives, either the original records or on microfilm. The list of records available for Wake Co. are included in their Guide to Research Materials in the North Carolina State Archives: County Records:

Microfilm:
TAX AND FISCAL RECORDS
Lists of Taxables, 1781-1817; 1 reel.
Tax Lists, 1809-1904, 1925, 1934; 14 reels.

Original records at the Archives office:
TAX AND FISCAL RECORDS
Tax Lists, 1781-1867; 11 volumes, 2 Fibredex boxes.
Tax Records, 1870-1939; 4 Fibredex boxes.
Lists of Persons Paying Poll Taxes, 1904-1917; 6 volumes.
Record of Federal Direct Taxes Collected, 1865; 1 volume.

Thank you. I think Weynette Haun transcribed some of the earlier tax records (pre-1800). I did not know if there was another book for the later years. I don't find these years in Wake Treasures, either.
