Child was taken away in a "night and fog action"

My great uncle had during the 2nd World War a woman in the Netherlands – without being married, as I know.
They had 2 or more children. At the end of the war one child (born about 1942, probably in Netherland) lived with my uncle at his home in Germany. The woman lived in Netherland.

Short time after the war this child was taken away in a “night and fog action” from their home by the authorities. As I was told, there were dutch men (maybe soldiers).

My question is:

Surely there was some correspondence for this action, so…

Where can I find information about it? Were the german authorities informed or involved in such ac-tion?

My great uncle: HERMANN Friedrich Heinrich Wilhelm August Nordmeyer
The wife: Hermine Falke (should come from Amsterdamm or Rotterdamm)
The child: Hermann Falke/Nordmeyer

Surnames: Falke Nordmeyer
It is very difficult to find information about people that might still be alive. I looked for people that lived in Amsterdam in 1994 on There is 1 Falke born in 1943, but probably not your relative. There is also an index op all people that left Amsterdam or died in Amsterdam in the period 1939-1954. See and search for familienaam Falke or Nordmeyer. There is 1 Nordmeijer born in 1942, first name Loek. No idea about his relation.
As Nordmeyer was a german soldier, he is not registered as living in the Netherlands.
There is a population register of Rotterdam over the period 1913-1939 online. See I do not find a Hermine Falke.

Shortly after the war there were no german authorities as the country was occupied by the allied forces.

Thank you for the reply.

I have some new information.

My great uncle was stationed as a soldier in Rotterdam. The first child of him and Hermine must have been born in Rotterdam around 1940-1942.

He got in war captivity for a short time.

Hermine lived for a couple of years in Germany. She went back to the netherlands around 1945. At this time she was pregnant with a daughter. The son remained in Germany.

Between 1945-1947 the child was taken out of the house. The DRK had organized it.

I wrote to our city hall to get some more data about the time in witch Hermine lived in Germany. Perhaps I get some dore data about her and the son.
