This may be far fetched, but I don't have much to go on, it may be a coincidence but here goes. Patrick Coughlin b 1835 born possib. County Cork, married Mary Quinn from Ontario, had a large family and settled in Portsmouth Iowa which is in the county next to Harrison County in Iowa. Mary and Patrick are both buried in Portsmouth Ceme. Now Patrick came over from Ireland as a boy but I do not have his parents name or names of any possib. siblings. It is a reach but possible that when Patrick and Mary settled in Portsmouth, they may have come along with or followed a sibling of Patricks. This may be of help to you, if it is please let me know. my direct e mail is I have just started tracing back this branch of my husbands family. Theresa Clements Guinan
