Not sure where to ask this question, but what does it mean when you have some one who has been like twice removed?

I presume you are referring to cousin relationships.

The term 'removed' in this sense means that the individual is from a different generation of your family. So, children of your uncle are just first cousin.

Your first cousins children are first cousins, once removed.

The children of this next generation are first cousins, twice removed.

The same principle applies to all other cousins, ie, second or third cousins.
