Have you checked to see if LDS microfilmed those records? If so you can order it at your local LDS Library and view for 30 days for $5.50.

I have a marriage certificate for my great-grandparents from March 19th, 1873 at St. Anne's Church in Belfast and was trying to locate birth records, etc for family members in Ireland. We were told that the registers for St. Anne's Belfast remain in local custody and to check the records check with the Dean of Belfast, dean@belfast.anglican.org. I hope that can help. If you stumble upon any records for surname Fee, Eagle, or Dick I'd appreciate it if you could pop me an email at kbaehr4@everestkc.net
