Hello, my name is Christina Piburn and I wanted to let you know that there are 2 Edward Pyburn's in your listing. My ggg grandfather is Edward Pyburn b. 1775 Tn. Lived in NC (1790-1800 census with Jacob Pyburn), d.1852 Clay Co. MO. Was married 1808 in Tn. to Rebecca Neeley b.1790 Tn. and they were off to MO. in 1818

All the basic information you have is that of Edward Pyburn, b. ca. 1801-1802 NC. son of Amon Pyburn and Nancy Devers. Your Edward Pyburn had a brother Amon, who went to OR earlier and Edward was on his way to join him, but died on the trail.

Pyburn research would be so much easier if every John, Jacob and Edward Pyburn (Piburn, Pibon, Piborn, Pybourne)
did not name their kids John, Jacob and Edward!!!! Also watch out for all the different William Riley Pyburn's (Piburn, etc.)

If I can be of more help, let me know.
