Martin Cidlik (B-1812 d:?) and Mary Jelynek (B: 1815 D: 1909) married in 1834 in, they had the following children:
Jan Cidlik (b: 1855 d: 1909) who married Mary Bojanofsky (b: 1855 d:1946)in Moravia year 1880. They traveled to the US State of Nebraska in 1881 and had 9 children. I have traced a lot of these ancestor.

Elenor Cidlik (b:1842 d: 1932)married Frank Chapek (B: 1836 d: 1923)

Anna Cidlik (B: 1844 d: 1902) married Frank Wais (B:1836 d: 1903)

Mary Cidlik (B:1846 d:1935) married Jan Spicka (b:1849 d:1938)

Antonia Cidlik (b:? d:?) married John Rieter (b:1860 d:1930) They later separated and she went to live in California until she died.

From checking out the online Czech Republic phone book, there are several listings for Cidlik, but on attempt to try and call a few, they don't speak english and the phone cons stop there. If you know anyone, or are an ancestor with one of the names above, please respond. I am in Germany for the next few years for work, and can travel to the Czeck Republic to meet family.
