Adding a few details to the very good reading of Mohnbauer.

The headline reads "mit ihm reiset seine nachstehende Familie" with him travels his family as follows.

The son has the name Matheus, not Mathias.

The birth town of the mother is Rovte, I believe. This is a town relatively near to Ljubljana. The writer of thsi passport made some writing mistakes in the German longhand script.

I cannot identify the other place written as Gribnig. Perhaps post on the board for Slovenia.

The last name is Tomse (the s has a diacritic mark). There was a tendency at that time to write the last name in Latin longhand.
