My grandfather who resided in Italy was Carmelo Lo Presti. I believe he was born in Malvagna Sicily. I am searching for anyone who might have been related to him. Please email me at mlt@opera.iinet.net.au

My grandmother was Giuseppina Lo Presti, fom San Piero Patti, Sicily. She had a sister, Carmela, and also named a daughter Carmela. She married Carlogero Frandina and came to the US a few times starting in 1917 and staying in 1919

I think you might be able to help me, My grandmother was born a DiBlasi in the U.S., her family originally from San Piero Patti, at some point she changed her name to LoPresti (we don't know if she married somebody before my granfather or not) She had at the least 3 sisters, not sure about the brothers.....Thanks....

My grandmother was Josephine Lo Presti, from San Patti Sicely. I knew two of her sisters who llived in the same town in upstate NY, Camella and Mary. If you go to the Ellis Island site you can search for names on ship rosters, that might give you some more clues. If you are interested in more information please email me. My cousin has done a lot of footwork tracking down our roots and has found Lo Presti relatives in Sicily.

Hello John,
Is your father's name Peter? If it is then you might remember me. I am the youngest son of Edoardo LoPresti, son of Anna LoPresti. Please reply at the E-mail Address posted.
Regards, Sandro
