We, being the lawful heirs of Richard YANCEY deced, do convey to Zachariah YANCEY, a negro boy called Jacob, which boy was part of the estate of Richard YANCEY deced, and now falls to his heirs. And in consideration of a certain Negro boy that was willed to the said Zacheriah YANCEY by his father, as will appear by his will, and before the death of the said father, was sold by him for 115 £, which was converted to the use and benefit of the above mentioned heirs, it appears to us to be just to replace the willed and sold Negro in favor of the said Zack'r YANCEY from the estate of the deceased father.
