Richard Yancey Sr., 63, Doctor of Pharmacy, died December 3, 2011 in Brentwood, of natural causes. His parents, Thomas Bragg Yancey, Jr., and Barbara Ellen Steele Yancey, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his children: Richard Steele Yancey II, James Alderson Yancey, Clay Hutton Yancey, Elizabeth Yancey Doody, and Alexander Clark Yancey; one brother, Thomas Bragg Yancey, III; and one sister, Ellen Yancey Jeter.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 4:30 p.m., at the home of Willard and Lynn Husband, 6424 Johnson Chapel Road W, in Brentwood.
