Wallace Windham, Sr., 69, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his residence.
Born May 30, 1949 in Columbus, Mississippi, he was the son of Henry Lee and Annie (Cameron) Windham.
Wallace graduated from Malabar High School and retired from AK Steel following 30 plus years of service.
He was a giving man who always donated to charities and he loved fishing.
He is survived by his children, Mario (Yvette) Windham, Sr. of Mansfield, OH, Alethea Windham (Vincent) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Tangie Windham of Columbus, Ohio, Wallace Windham, Jr. of Mansfield and Lyrics Windham of Columbus; grandchildren, Rontrell, Terri, Tylaziah, Mystery, Damon "Jack", Mario Jr., Dontrey Jr. Tre'sontae, Amareia, Kemarri'aye, Carter and Karli; a great grandchild, Au'bree; siblings, Roosevelt (Anice) Windham, Tommy (Marvelene) Windham and Brenda Windham all of Mansfield and Harris (Alice) Windham of Corona, California; and a sister-in-law, Linda Windham of Mansfield.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Mattie Young, Roseanne Windham, James Windham, Paris Windham, Lois Windham all of Mansfield and Floyzell Windham of Florence, Mississippi.
The calling hours will be Friday, July 6, 2018, from 6 - 8 pm, at Small's Funeral Services, 326 Park Ave. W., funeral services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018, at 11 am, with one-hour prior calling at Community Temple COGIC, 338 Harker St., with Rev. Henry Bradley officiating.
The burial will be Monday, July 9, 2018, at 11 am, Mansfield Cemetery Assoc., Inc.
