Nicholas F. and Mary Anna (Meiser) Weiskircher were my gr-gr-gr-grandparents. Their son Peter and his wife Mary Lena Stroehmer were my gr-gr-grandparents. Their daughter Elizabeth married William Jackson Cupples, my gr-grandfather. My father had these facts in his notes: (1) Nicholas F. had a brother Emil and two sisters. (2) Nicholas and Mary Anna were married in Illingen, Germ. (3) Nicholas was born in 1818, probably in Neunkirchen, Germ., and died in 1879 in Dravosburg, PA. (4) Nicholas and Mary Anna were buried a Bulls Run Cemetery, Dravosburg. (5) Nicholas left Germ. to escape the militarism of the petty princes of the Germanic states. I have more about Peter and Mary Lena if interested. Have you ever seen the Jacob Weiskircher article in The History of Allegheny County. E-mail me at MORINELLO1@aol.com if you would like to correspond further.
