One posting by Ann Blomquist on Ancestry.com listed Willis as a child of William Tate b. between 1760 and 1770 who m. in 1779 Green Co., GA an Elizabeth Westbrook who was b. between 1775 and 1780. Well these dates are impossible. Elizabeth could not be born around 1775 and then marry in 1779. She would have been four years old. And if William was born near 1770, he would have married at nine years old. Now if he was b. closer to 1760 he could have married at that date because he would have been 19 years old.
Any assistance with this line would be appreciated. I have lots of info on them to share.
