Who is Constance St Amand found in Minneapolis in 1897 as a witness to the marriage of my Great Grandmother, Rose K "Rosie" St Amand born ard 1879 possible Canada or East Coast, possible Massachusetts, or Maryland?

Rosie was married on March 2 1897 to John James Kenney/Kinney in Minneapolis. On the Marriage Certificate performed by a Catholic Priest are witnesses Constance St Amand and in weak and scribbled hand witting Harvie J Kalle or Halle, he could have been the Catholic Priest?

Rosie had a child that died at birth ard October 13 1897. John J Kinney and son Steven/Stephen E/Edward Kinney are found in Rush City in 1900, in residence are his mother and father James and Ann Kinney, both born in Ireland and a brother Steven E and sister-in-law and their children.

I saw a copy of the death certificate my aunt had on male child death October 13 1897, registered in Hennipin Co MN. It stated that Rosie was 19 and born in Massachusetts? The 1900 US Federal Census in Rush City records my Grandfather, Stephen Edward's mother was born in Maryland? and his birth date is given as October 1897. If the birth date is correct that would mean he was a surviving twin? but my father said he thought his father was born in Rush City not Minneapolis? If this line of thought is true Rosie could have died in Minneapolis or Rush City??? between 1897 and 1900???

Family have stated Rosie was from Canada or that her parents were from Canada? Further, a cousin had Rosie last name as "French", but after discovering the marriage certificate stating her surname as "St Amand", I am sure she was from French descent. Any input would be appreciated, one small clue could lead me to a possible "French Canadian" connection? Thank-you for your time.
