ASHLAND: Victoria "Vicki" Lynn Krebs passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the age of 57.
Vicki was born on February 13, 1953 in Ashland, OHIO, the daughter of the late Judge Ross Siverling and Eleanor (Sherk) Siverling.
She graduated from Ohio Northern with her Bachelor degree and later on went to Kent State to get her Master's degree in Special Education. Vicki taught school over 30 years. She worked at New Hope Schools for 20 years and Mid-Ohio for over 10 years. Her passions in life were teaching, sports, politics, and her children.
She was the first women in Ohio to receive a football referee license. Vicki never missed any of her daughters' Ashland Regional Ballet dance performances, swim meets, or gymnastics meets for the Ashland YMCA.
On March 18, 1977, she married Timothy Roy Krebs, to whom she has been married over 32 years. Vicki is also survived by two daughters, Jennifer Krebs of Salt Lake, Utah, and Jessica Krebs at home; and a sister, Emily Barnett of Ashland, Ohio.
