I downloaded the book from the Zamrsk archive containing the Sadilek baptismal records for those who ended up in Wilber, NE. I found three in that book, all born in House #12 in Ledec nad Sazavou. Jan, on hand-written page 255, digital image 135, Barbora on p. 290, digital image 152, Marya on p. 342, digital image 178.

Jan, born 18 May 1817
Barbora, born 17 Nov 1819
Marya, born 11 Nov 1823

With a 4-year gap between Barbora and Marya, there might be another child that I missed.

Here is the link to the digital book, which you can download. I have very fast internet at times, so it downloaded very quickly for me. Other times, it might take up to an hour. Sunday morning is a good time, because the movie-download people are not up yet, to use the bandwidth. :) After you download the file, PC users must unzip it, if you want to copy a given page somewhere. Mac users do not have to unzip.

To further complicate things, there appear to be AT LEAST three families with the father named Jan Sadilek in the same village at the same time, all having sons named Jan. Other house numbers that I found include 41 (3 children), 123 (4 children), 96 (2 children), 98 (2 children), 127 (2 children) and 1 child each in houses 32, 235, 160, 11, 216, 133. The parentage in each of these would have to be examined to see if they really are the same parents as one of the other mentioned houses.

I will be downloading earlier and later books to try to find ancestors and descendants. The question came up on Saturday, 7 April 2017, when visitors from the Czech Republic visited Wilber, and someone wondered if the Wilber Sadileks were related to the Red Cloud Sadileks. I am finding it quite difficult to trace the Red Cloud one back prior to 1784. I have an approximate birth year for the great grandfather of Annie Sadilek Pavelka, Matej, of about 1771. If I find him in this archive (Zamrsk), then we might conclude that the two families are related. But as of now, I think not. At least not any closer than about 8th cousins.
