Looking for the father of William Oscar Poucher, born between 1881 & 1885, Florida. He was also called: Oscar or William O. Poucher. William was married to Ellen Malphurs. We can not find any information on the parents of William, any and all help will be gratefully appreciated. We have been at a dead end on this for years. Thank you
